The reason why people say LF is weak versus tanks is because reducing a flat amount of
armor and it's a lot more valuable if you reduce someone's armor from 50 down to
30 then if you were to reduce someone's armor from 200 down to 180 for example
so the quality is it works versus tank this is less valuable because you reduce
