We are starting on all of the works for the Daisy server.
Talk to Pete last night, talk to everybody that's going to be doing it with us.
We're going to be opening up a Daisy server.
It's going to be a little different this time.
We're still just trying to figure out the groundworks for it.
I'm going to be doing a lot of the back stuff, the back end stuff this time, giving Peanut
a little bit of a break.
But we're going to pretty much get the same people for the most part, the good ones,
the ones who haven't been, you know, doing a bunch of stupid shit.
We're going to get everybody in there from, hopefully, the Rust server and, you know,
have another option.
I don't know what the plans are with the Rust server
after this wipe.
I don't know if P's going to keep it open or what.
We didn't really talk that far.
But all I know is we are going to start laying the groundwork
for the Daisy server and getting the server up
and running and everything working for it.
Now it's not going to be tomorrow.
Our timeline right now is we're hoping to have the server prepared and ready in like five days, starting today, so five days from today, around the 29th, 30th.
And then on the 28th, ArcGraders is coming out with the new map, which we all plan on going and checking it out.
And if it is ass, or if we hate it, or if it's just the same game, but with a new map,
Then we'll probably end up going to Daisy immediately after.
So it will be, I mean, again, guys, I don't want to be a negative Nancy at 11.30 in the morning, you know?
Who knows?
But, yeah.
So that's the plan.
That's the idea.
That's what we want to, that's what I want to do.
And I'm going to get everybody on there.
Hopefully everybody wants to for the most part from what I've asked a lot of people are excited
This isn't our first time doing the daisy stuff
Those have been following for a while. No, but if you're new here, we this will be our fourth iteration
We've done this these daisy servers for around three plus years

So, yeah, again, I don't know how exactly, I can't even tell you, like, we're currently brainstorming
with how, what the server is going to be.
We're kind of in like limbo on if it's going to be a heavily modded server, base building
and stuff, because obviously we have a lot of people coming over from Rust, so they're
going to be wanting to do like the whole base building thing.
I know we're going to have some type of light RP function, not to the point of where we're
taking away regular DayZ, but we're going to have a lot of new people who've never
played it before.
So the last thing I want is guys who have hours just stomping everyone right off spawn.
So we'll have some functions for that as well.
We're currently in contact with a lot of different people.
The current map pool that we're looking at is we've looked at in a mosque for if we're
doing something like simple.
I'm really leaning towards deadfall currently just because that's the most recent one we've
played and that's the one where a lot of us had a ton of fun.
The thing with Deadfall is, is we couldn't really mod it too much.
And then Chernaris, if we are going down the heavily, you know, base building, different
stuff like that route.
Again, it's all very fresh, very new.
We really are just laying the foundation.
We'll decide on everything, get all that stuff figured out in the next couple of
days.
And I'll keep you guys updated.
This is just basically the announcement of we are doing it, and we're going to get it
all ironed out.
I think just being very open and honest from the get-go guys, this is going to be a content
creator driven server, a little different than the ones we've had previously.
We've talked about opening up a secondary server for you guys to be able to play like
we do every time.
But at the very start, it's just going to be one server.
And listen, I'm very different than Peanut whenever I host this kind of stuff.
We're not going to have – I don't know how to say this without sounding like a dick.
But if there's the same people causing the same issues the entire time, I'm not
gonna deal with it. Peanut is a very nice human being who doesn't want to offend
people and doesn't want for people to not offend people but doesn't doesn't want
to be the bad guy when it comes to like a lot of these streamer guys and in
gals causing issues and stuff. He had a lot of grace during the rush period. I
don't have that grace. I won't deal with it. I will just sauce people. There's
There's already going to be a couple of individuals that I will not be having in the server.
That's not out of anything other than I don't want to deal with the same issues that we've
already had to deal with rest.
